Marsh Court has formal gardens which were laid out in 1901-4 by Sir Edwin Lutyens and Gertrude Jekyll.

Brief history of site

There was a house on the site by 1730. This was re-built by Lutyens from 1901 to 1904, and extended by him in 1924-6.
