Baggrave Hall has an 18th-century park with a late 19th-century waterside garden.

Brief history of site

Until the Dissolution, the site was in the possession of Leicester Abbey. It was sold to John Edwyn in 1748, and between this date and his death in 1761 he re-built the hall in its modern form and did work in the grounds.
