Brief description of site
A 16th-century deer park of 162 hectares with 18th-century features surrounds an area of moated and walled gardens dating from 1762. These adjoin a separate moated house. The gardens are located on the site of an earlier, moated enclosure which was modified in the 19th and 20th centuries.
Brief history of site
The present Hall, together with the moated garden and deer park is believed to date from 1510. There are later modifications to the gardens and park.
