The illuminated 'topiary' water sculpture which was designed and built by Giles Raynor in 2002. It sits in a circular pool in the Millenium Garden. The view is through the lush planting to the water feature, and domed topiary trees underplanted with box 'pill-boxes', to the balustrading and park beyond.
