A postcard, depicting the War Memorial in Victoria Park, Leicester, designed by Sir Edwin Landseer Lutyens in 1923. The Peace Walk, with ornamental bedding, leads up to the Memorial. The Memorial itself is an arch, similar to the Menin Gate at Ypres.
The postcard is franked 1938.
